1. Legal & License Requirements

• Must possess a valid TLC (Taxi & Limousine Commission) License

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Must be authorized to work in the United States

• Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening

2. Experience

• Minimum 2 year of professional driving experience

• Prior experience in chauffeur or executive transportation preferred

• Familiarity with New York City and Tri-State Area roads and airports

3. Vehicle Standards (If Providing Own Vehicle)

• Vehicle must be TLC-plated and commercially insured

• Must be a black-on-black luxury vehicle (e.g., Cadillac, Mercedes, Lincoln, etc.)

• Vehicle must be clean, well-maintained, and under 5 years old

• Working GPS and dispatch-compatible smartphone required

4. Professionalism

• Must wear black suit, white shirt, black tie, and dress shoes

• Maintain high-level client etiquette, punctuality, and discretion

• Fluent in English and capable of professional communication

• Must be comfortable using the Chauffeur on Demand app for assignments

5. Availability

• Flexible availability including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays

• Must respond promptly to dispatch requests and accept trips reliably

6. Expectations

• Provide water, phone charger, and clean environment for every ride

• Ensure safe, smooth, and timely service

• Must follow all company policies, GPS tracking protocols, and confidentiality agreements
