1. PURPOSE

This policy outlines the use of GPS tracking technology for chauffeurs employed or contracted by Chauffeur on Demand Corp. GPS tracking ensures service quality, safety, operational efficiency, and accurate billing.

2. SCOPE

This policy applies to all chauffeurs using the Chauffeur on Demand mobile app or operating vehicles assigned by the company.

3. CONSENT TO TRACKING

By using the Chauffeur on Demand app or operating company-dispatched trips, chauffeurs consent to the real-time collection of location data while on duty.

4. WHEN TRACKING IS ACTIVE

GPS tracking is active when the chauffeur:

• Is logged into the Chauffeur on Demand app

• Is on-duty or marked available for jobs

• Is assigned or performing a trip

• Tracking is not required during personal or off-duty time.

5. PURPOSE OF TRACKING

Monitor on-time performance and routing

• Assist in client safety and support

• Provide dispatch with real-time location

• Optimize trip assignments

• Resolve disputes or service issues

• Verify job completion for payment and billing

6. PRIVACY AND DATA USE

• Location data is strictly confidential and used only for business purposes.

• Data will not be sold or shared with third parties outside the company, unless required by law or for service-related resolution.

7. DRIVER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Keep location services enabled while on duty and logged into the app

• Ensure the app remains active during trips

• Do not tamper with or disable GPS tracking features during work hours

8. POLICY VIOLATIONS

Failure to comply with the GPS tracking policy may result in:

• Job reassignment

• Suspension from dispatch

• Termination of contract or employment for repeated violations

9. Location Data Collection

Our app, Chauffeur on Demand, collects and uses location data in the background to support essential service operations. Specifically, we collect real-time GPS location data from chauffeurs while they are logged into the app, marked as available, or completing assigned trips.

Purpose of Location Collection:

• Dispatching and assigning jobs efficiently

• Monitoring on-time performance

• Ensuring rider and driver safety

• Providing live support and tracking for clients

• Verifying trip completion and accurate billing

Data Usage and Privacy:

• Location data is collected only while the chauffeur is on duty.

• We do not collect location data when the app is closed or the chauffeur is marked off-duty.

• Location data is stored securely and is not shared with third parties, except when required by law or for service-related resolution.
